Guys, we all know that sex has important health benefits such as improved mood, improved sleep, lower blood pressure, and a healthier heart. However, did you know that increasing the frequency of ejaculations each month may lower your chances of getting prostate cancer?
Recent data presented at this years’ American Urological Association meeting provided encouraging data that this may be possible. This data came from a Health Professionals Follow up research study that followed 32,000 men for the development of prostate cancer for 18 years. This study noted the there was a 20% decrease in prostate cancer in men who ejaculated at least twenty one times per month compared to men who ejaculated much less. Bottom line, masturbation and safe sexual intercourse is good for your mental and physical health!
