Thanks for taking the time to visit. Here’s what you can expect from us:
As a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, I’ve worked in critical care as well as a number of private practices.
Your specific needs are the driving force behind all my recommendations.
We respect the value of your time–you’ll find that our wait times are exceedingly low and our access satisfyingly open.
Here’s How Our Patients Rate Us:
Before becoming an RN, I worked in public health at the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, and left to pursue work with patients at a more personal, one-on-one level, where I could focus not only on their public health but their overall health and well-being.
After working several years as a critical care RN, I knew that I wanted to make more of a difference than I felt I was making as an RN, which required seeking and gaining the advanced degree of MSN in order to become a nurse practitioner.
My hobbies include listening to music, interior decorating, painting, and spending time with my husband and three Italian greyhounds.
My approach to healthcare includes a strong emphasis on comprehensive, holistic, and preventive medicine. I am especially passionate about transgender health care and LGBT-compassionate and appropriate care.
I’m a family nurse practitioner (FNP-C), with a specialty in family and internal medicine. I graduated with a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Walden University. I previously received a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Georgia State University.
My certifications include Family Nurse Practitioner – Certified (FNP-C) by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Registered nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia, and Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) by the American Board of Neuroscience Nursing (ABNN). I’m a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
